Double The Trouble But Double The Fun!

This was such a chaotic yet fun session for all of us. I had the honor of capturing this special family, they had two sets of twins that were one year apart, imagine that!

We shot in two different set ups at Mint Room Studios and played many different games. It was a morning filled with running around, laughter, cuddles, kisses, and just a very little bit of tears (which is amazing)!

It's not just outdoor sessions that encompass adventure, I feel with studio sessions, it can be a total adventure as well. We just open the doors and start playing and shooting, just like how we would outside! It's just a cleaner and predictable backdrop behind the same family.

To me, family sessions are all about capturing the bond, the feeling, the memories of them being this age, because moments are all so fleeting. Each family has a story that is unique to them, and each child has a mixture of different personality traits that make them uniquely them. That is what I love about my job, learning and observing who they are, and by playing certain games, their personality shines, and I get to capture this little moment of theirs and share it with their families to keep forever. That to me is what makes my job so special.
